This property is located in the Tachitate/Shirato area of Oyano Town, Kamiamakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture. A portion of the house on the left side was extended in May 2001.
The property has been vacant since 2019, with occasional airing out performed until around 2021. Since 2021, the property has been unmanaged. Repairs are needed, with signs of a past leak on the second floor, though it is unclear if it is currently leaking. No furniture or belongings remain.
