This is a 19-story resort condominium located on a hilltop with excellent views, directly facing the slopes and just a one-minute walk from NASPA Ski Garden. The property, built in October 1992, is a steel-framed reinforced concrete structure with a total of 421 units. The building offers a range of shared facilities including a sports room, billiards, and a small gymnasium. Owners can also utilize the hot spring public bath, sauna, jacuzzi, and outdoor bath at the adjacent NASPA New Otani Hotel (free of charge), as well as the hotel's indoor heated pool and tennis courts at additional cost.
Utilities include electricity from Tohoku Electric Power Company, no gas supply, town-managed water for drinking, and a centralized septic system for drainage. The property is equipped with terrestrial digital, BS, and CS television broadcasting, and fiber optic internet (VDSL, individual contract) with a limit on the number of contracts. Free Wi-Fi is available in the 2nd-floor community room during operating hours (8:30 AM to 7:30 PM). The building features 24-hour auto-lock security and is managed by Japan Housing Co., Ltd. with a full-time resident manager.
Parking is available for 21 outdoor spaces at 1,000 yen per day, and the NASPA Ski Garden parking lot (2,000 cars, free) can also be used. There is no bicycle parking. The condominium offers ski lockers (one per unit, free with a dedicated key), a coin laundry on floors 2, 5, 9, 13, and 17, and a dedicated guest room for owners (reservation required, up to 3 nights). During the winter season, a free shuttle bus runs from the condominium to Echigo-Yuzawa Station. From April to before summer break, the hotel shuttle bus from NASPA New Otani is available for use (free with a special card). Major repair work was completed in 2003 and in 2019 (exterior walls). Pets are not allowed.
