This newly constructed apartment, CASAN, is scheduled for completion at the end of February 2026, with move-in anticipated for March. This 1LDK unit is ideal for singles or couples and features a service room that doubles as an indoor drying area. The apartment is a corner unit with many windows, ensuring excellent ventilation.
The property comes fully equipped with a counter kitchen, separate bath and toilet, bathtub, independent washbasin, air conditioning, BS antenna, color monitor intercom, and a dial-type collective post. Internet access is provided free of charge. For laundry, the unit includes a gas clothes dryer and an indoor drying space, making laundry easy even on rainy days. The apartment offers ample storage, with storage space in the living room suitable for cleaning supplies and spacious storage in the Western-style room. There is also an indoor washing machine placement area. Please note there is no laundry drying area on the balcony (indoor drying area is provided).
This is a pet-friendly property. Pets are allowed, limited to one small dog or cat under 10kg. A second pet is not permitted. Pets must be carried through common areas. One parking space is provided free of charge; however, parking space assignments cannot be changed after move-in. Prospective tenants should be aware that rent, facilities, and the move-in date are subject to change until completion. Move-in will be simultaneous for all units after completion. Internet is free to use, though service may be unavailable due to malfunctions or other circumstances. If there are discrepancies between the floor plan and the actual condition, the actual condition takes precedence.
A rent guarantee is required. The initial guarantee fee is 80% of the total rent (minimum 30,000 yen). The monthly guarantee fee is 1.5% of the total rent (minimum 300 yen). If the tenant does not pass the screening, a separately specified rent guarantee contract is mandatory.
