Bristia Suite & Resort Okinawa Onna Village is a new luxury hotel condominium development currently under construction in the popular resort area of Onna Village, Okinawa. The project is a large-scale, reinforced concrete structure comprising a 13-story hotel building, a 3-story common area building, a dedicated hotel equipment building, and a porte-cochère building. The total site area is a substantial 12,462.09 square meters. The building is scheduled for completion and handover in late May 2026.

The property offers a limited number of units for sale, with only four condominium units currently available. These units feature studio and one-bedroom layouts, with private areas ranging from approximately 56.44 to 62.52 square meters, including an owner's locker.
