This detached wooden house, constructed by Sekisui House in May 2019, has been fully renovated as of November 2025. The renovation converted a Japanese-style room into a second Western-style room, and included new wall and ceiling cross (wallpaper) throughout the entrance hall, LDK, both Western-style rooms, the west-side walk-in closet, washroom, and toilet. The washroom and toilet also received new CF sheets (flooring). A standing mirror was installed in the entrance, and new storage was added to the first Western-style room.
