This is a monthly rental property available for stays of 30 days or more, with a minimum stay of 30 days.
The interior is fully equipped for remote work. It features two single high-end mattresses by France Bed (bedding such as futons and pillows are not provided for hygiene reasons but can be brought in or rented), a washing machine, an electric clothes dryer, an indoor drying rack (removable pole), high-speed Wi-Fi, a walk-in closet, a shoe box, and a complete kitchen with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, and electric kettle. As of today, curtains are not installed, but the windows are fitted with shutters for security and typhoon protection. The property has an indoor space for a washing machine and all rooms are Western-style.
The monthly rent is 141,000 yen (4,700 yen per day). A handling fee (including cleaning) of 49,000 yen is charged per contract. Utilities (water, gas, electricity) cost 1,000 yen per day. The listed price is for one person; use by two people requires consultation and incurs an additional fee. All fees are settled in advance, and no refunds are given for early departure after settlement.
Important notes: Due to staff language limitations, support is only available in Japanese. After moving in, if damage or soiling to the room, appliances, or fixtures is confirmed, restoration costs will be charged separately. The entire area, including the interior and balcony, is non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is located in Shimoizato, Hirara, Miyakojima City. It is within walking distance of Miyako Airport (14 minutes) and the largest commercial facility on the island, San-A Miyakojima City. The Nishizimori bus stop is about a 3-minute walk away, and the JTA Dome (a disaster evacuation site) is a 6-minute walk.
