リビオタワー品川: A New Landmark in Minato Ward
This is a new high-rise condominium project located in Minato-ku, Tokyo. It is situated in the Kounan area, approximately a 13-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, which is served by multiple JR lines including the Yamanote, Keihin-Tohoku, Tokaido, and Yokosuka lines, as well as the Tokaido Shinkansen. The property represents the first new large-scale tower project within a 15-minute walk of JR Shinagawa Station in 15 years. The building rises 34 stories above ground and contains a total of 815 residential units, along with one commercial space. Unit layouts range from 1LDK to 3LDK, with exclusive areas measuring between 42.1 square meters and 75.1 square meters. Prices for available units range from 98.98 million yen to 254.98 million yen, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The expected handover date is scheduled for early April 2027.
The building's design concept is inspired by a ship, with a facade expressing the flow of water, wind, and people. The landscape design incorporates water features and greenery. A wide range of common facilities are planned, including a sky lounge and guest rooms on the 29th floor (one guest room with a sauna), a green work lounge connected to the exterior planting, a fitness room, and a golf driving range. The entrance hall features a two-story atrium. The property will operate a dedicated shuttle bus service between the building and the Kounan exit of Shinagawa Station.
Interior specifications include an electronic lock at the entrance, with tile flooring in the entryway and hallway. Living and dining rooms have ceiling heights of approximately 2.6 to 2.7 meters and sash heights of about 2.2 to 2.3 meters. Ceiling-embedded cassette air conditioners are standard. Kitchens are equipped with a disposer unit, a glass-top stove with temperature control and rice cooking functions, and a dishwasher. A cabinet and hanging cupboard are included. Bathrooms feature tile flooring and walls. The surrounding area is undergoing multiple redevelopment projects, including the Takana Gateway City development, contributing to the evolution of the Shinagawa district as a global hub.
