Renovation Project in Ibaraki Town with Expansive Land
This property is currently undergoing a renovation in Ibaraki Town, Ibaraki Prefecture. The original two-story building has been reduced to a single-story structure, resulting in a spacious 2LDK layout. The property was purchased as a model house for the seller's renovation business. Following the completion of the renovation, scheduled for August, an open house will be held until November, after which the property will be sold to fund the purchase of the next model house project.

The renovation scope includes extensive structural and finishing work. The demolition removed all elements except the foundation, pillars, beams, and sill plates, creating a skeleton structure. The new roof features vertical galvanized steel sheets. The flooring involved concrete pouring within the foundation, followed by new joists, insulation, and a finish of solid cedar wood flooring. Walls and ceilings have been fitted with new insulation, plasterboard, and wallpaper. Lixil double-glazed sashes have been installed, with shutters on sliding windows and a new entrance door with a remote control key. An insect screen has been fitted for all doors except the main entrance. The exterior consists of cedar board siding, which is currently under construction.
New electrical wiring and plumbing for water supply and hot water have been laid from the foundation. A new gas unit bath (1 tsubo) is being installed, along with a new 2550 system kitchen featuring gas cooking, a touchless faucet, and a cupboard. The toilet area (1 tsubo) includes a new washbasin and toilet. A custom wash counter is being fitted. LED lighting and new air conditioning units for each room are included. A new wooden deck is also part of the renovation plan.
