Important financial notes include: a security deposit of 0 months, a key money (reikin) of 131,500 yen, a monthly common service fee of 2,800 yen, and a monthly rent of 91,500 yen. A one-time cleaning fee of 90,000 yen applies. For contracts under an individual name, guarantee company membership is原则上 required. An initial guarantee commission of 25,000 yen is due at contract signing, followed by a monthly guarantee commission of 2.5% of the total rent. If monthly payments are made by direct debit or credit card, a 170 yen collection fee is charged. A 330 yen monthly "24-hour support fee" is required. Upon contract renewal, a renewal administrative fee of 22,000 yen (including 2,000 yen consumption tax) is necessary. Under the fixed cleaning fee plan, additional costs may arise from intentional or grossly negligent key loss or equipment damage. A key set fee of 3,300 yen is also required.
