Job Opportunity at Matsuyafoods Fujisan Factory

This is a full-time position at Matsuyafoods Co., Ltd., a major food company operating approximately 1,300 stores nationwide, including brands like Matsuya, and supporting the taste of the company. The Fujisan Factory, located in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka Prefecture, is a top-class vegetable cutting facility in Japan that utilizes the underground water of Mount Fuji to maintain ingredient freshness and achieve energy savings. The factory is currently recruiting new regular employees for the expansion of new production lines.

Job roles include manufacturing (food production, processing, machine operation, quality checks, product transport, and part-time employee management), materials (raw material procurement, temperature and expiration date checks, product warehousing and shipping adjustments), and engineering (maintenance, repair, and management of production equipment, boilers, air conditioning, and drainage systems). No experience is required and applicants are welcome.

Initial salary ranges from 241,000 to 262,000 yen (including housing allowance of 3,000 to 22,000 yen). Annual salary increases and bonuses (average 3.5 months) are provided.
