The building was completed in May 1992 and is a 12-story steel-framed reinforced concrete structure with one basement level, containing 385 units total.
The unit is equipped with a high-rise hot water storage tank for water heating, an electric induction cooktop (converted to IH in May 2026), and baseboard heater heating. There is no air conditioning. Renovations include a kitchen counter installation in August 2006 and the IH cooktop conversion in May 2026. The monthly management fee is 18,190 yen, and the reserve fund for repairs is 2,140 yen, for a total of 20,330 yen per month. Additional monthly costs include a 4,500 yen facility usage fee and 2,500 yen for water, sewer, and hot water supply.

Please note that the intercom system connecting the entrance to each room is currently out of order and there are no plans for repair. Tours of the large communal bath are generally only available during cleaning hours: 11:00 to 14:00 for the Big Bath and 13:00 to 14:00 for the bath within the condominium. Advance reservations for the Big Bath tour are required at least one day prior.
