Yamanakako Lakeside Resort Condominium
This distinctive condominium is built on a mountainside slightly beyond the Hotel Mount Fuji. Some rooms offer views overlooking Mount Fuji and Lake Yamanaka, and the panoramic scenery from the spacious roof balcony is exceptional. The property is situated on the highest ground among Lake Yamanaka's resort condominiums.
The building is a 4-story reinforced concrete structure built in January 1975, making it 51 years old. The complex comprises 104 units. The property is equipped with electricity from Tokyo Electric Power, gas from Mitsuroko (propane), drinking water from a dedicated water line (well water), and a septic tank for drainage. Internet access is not available via fiber optic lines; residents must individually contract for a mobile Wi-Fi router or similar service.
Important special notes: Permanent residence is not permitted. The condominium does not have an elevator. The property is located in an area designated as seismic intensity level 5+ for the Nankai Trough earthquake and intensity level 6- for the Shiozawa Fault Zone.
Access is via the Fujikyuko Line's Fujisan Station, approximately 11.3 km (about a 17-minute drive), and the East Fuji Five Lakes Road's Yamanakako IC, approximately 3.8 km (about a 6-minute drive). Nearby amenities include the Ogino Yamanakako supermarket (approx. 2.7 km), Fujiyoshida Municipal Hospital (approx. 8.3 km), and the Drugstore Sunroad Yamanakako (approx. 2.8 km). Other facilities such as the Yamanakako Post Office, Yamanakako Village Office, Yamanashi Chuo Bank Yamanakako Branch, and the Benifuji-no-Yu hot spring facility are also within a short drive.
