The property sits at an elevation of 171 meters at the foot of Mount Omuro, offering seasonal landscapes. The building is a reinforced concrete and steel structure, with Building 1 and 2 rising seven stories and Building 3 rising six stories, housing a total of 349 units. The land ownership type is freehold. Utility services include electricity from Tokyo Electric Power, propane gas, municipal water supply for drinking, and public sewerage for drainage. The property is equipped with digital terrestrial and BS television reception. Internet access is available via optical fiber (individual contract, VDSL method), and BS antennas are installed in the building (individual contract required). The building management is fully entrusted to Aiwa Management Co., Ltd., with a daytime concierge from 8:00 to 17:00 and a front desk from 9:00 to 16:00 (daytime) and 17:00 to 23:00 (nighttime), with no regular holidays. The auto-lock system operates 24 hours a year. Parking is available for 117 cars outdoors, with one space per residence free of charge. A parking certificate can be obtained. The hot spring bath operating hours vary by day, with the sauna open from 15:00 to 23:00 except Wednesdays. An outdoor wave pool operates during the summer season from mid-July to the end of August from 10:00 to 16:00. An indoor heated pool is currently suspended from March 28, 2026, for an indefinite period. Other amenities include a fitness gym, billiards corner, karaoke boxes, a sports room open from 10:00 to 21:00 with free equipment, a coin laundry available 24 hours, a play golf area (200 yen per hour), table tennis (200 yen per hour), a pool bar (300 yen per hour), and a convention hall (2,000 yen per hour). A major renovation was completed in 2024. Pets are not allowed.
